Abstract: In this paper, an Independent Component Analysis (ICA) algorithm with pre-processing and post-processing techniques to decompose synthesized Magnetoencephalography (MEG) data. The behavior of our data set is similar to auditory evoked fielde (AEFs). The main advantage for analyzing our synthesized data set is the location of evoked responses are known. The analyzed results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and high performance both in source decomposition and source localization.
